With over 35 years of real estate sales and financial experience, Elaine Betzios brings a wealth of knowledge to the Naples office of Douglas Elliman.
Since the start of her real estate career, she has continually been enhancing her education, improving her skills, and becoming an expert in the areas that matter most to her profession. It is this diversity that makes Elaine a powerful asset to her customers, as well as her energy, enthusiasm, and determination in providing the best service possible. Elaine is happy to work with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors, and will go to any length to find the perfect fit for all her customers.
Elaine is a native of Connecticut and a graduate of Boston College. She started her professional career in real estate in Washington, D.C., focusing on the prestigious Georgetown area. After moving back to Greenwich, Elaine was responsible for the sales of over 200 condominiums while working on-site with the developer for two new construction properties.
While working as a REALTOR®, Elaine also practiced mortgage banking, learning the financing structure, options, and programs available for closing a loan.
Combining with her real estate and mortgage backgrounds, she renovated, designed, and built three homes in Greenwich.
Drawing upon her three decades of experience, Elaine can describe everything required from a transaction’s start to finish while always keeping it simple and comfortable for her buyers or sellers. Elaine adapts her background in sales, finance, and design to help her customers see the potential in the residences they are considering purchasing or renting.
After living in Greenwich for over 20 years, Elaine and her husband are proud to have called Naples their home for the past 10 years. She has two children: her daughter, a dentist in Charlotte, NC and son is in his second year in the United States Air Force. In addition to her work, Elaine is actively involved in her church community at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Naples.
