Born and raised in Memphis, Brooke Sykes spent many childhood summers in Naples before making Southwest Florida her permanent home. She has witnessed firsthand the expansive growth of Naples and its surrounding communities over the past 30-plus years, giving Brooke an understanding of what each area of Southwest Florida has to offer for each customer’s individual needs.
Since beginning her real estate career, Brooke has sold many luxury properties in and around Naples, ranging from new construction to waterfront estates. Most recently, she was a leading associate at a national brokerage, where she and her team members were ranked the firm’s top producers in all of Southwest Florida and 26th worldwide.
With her strong communication skills and ability to easily relate to others, Brooke brings her friendliness and warmth of Southern culture to each business venture. In addition to her passion for real estate, Brooke is heavily involved in the special needs community of Naples, particularly the Project Explore Program, which provides hands-on career exploration and life skills instruction to individuals with disabilities. In her leisure time, Brooke enjoys exploring South Florida with her family on their boat and playing tennis.
